District
Texas Louisiana Gulf Coast District
The Gulf Coast District was established in 1985 as an association of the individual Exchange clubs located on the upper Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. Exchange Clubs stretching from Katy, Texas to New Orleans, Louisiana make up the District. The organization permits the member Clubs to combine their financial and volunteer resources to better support and promote Exchange programs.

Founded in 1911 in Toledo, Ohio, Exchange is the oldest service club operating within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Exchange is known as America’s Service Club, because of its commitment to improving our communities. Its programs of service fall into three areas, Americanism, Community Service and Youth, with Child Abuse Prevention emphasized as our national program.
